"Sifu Holland has helped me get ready for several seasons of Professional Football, getting me razor sharp physically and mentally.  His training approach and techniques are truly 'Cutting Edge' and have made a huge impact on my performance on the field and off.   For a guy who weighs about half what I do, he hits like a Mack truck and kicks like a mule.  More importantly he has shown me how to get the same kind of performance out of myself. I owe him a lot."

I have been training with Sifu William Holland for 14 months.  His unique training style has helped me achieve physical strength, muscular flexibility and mental focus!  Our workouts combine old world wisdom with progressive forward thinking for the best of both worlds.  The physical benefits I have experienced include increased muscle mass, increased vascularity, increased endurance and overall muscle balance and tone.

The mental benefits I have experienced include Mental stamina, significant mental focus and clarity and the mental toughness to be able to push my body to it limits.  once I was able to push my body to its limits, than I was able to realize results I never imagined attainable!

I have been involved and around competitive athletics my entire life and the 'Holland System' is unquestionably the best training method I have ever experienced.  William Holland is the guru of physical fitness!  His training sessions can turn an average athlete into an all star and an all star into an all pro.

Regardless what sport, William Holland and the 'Holland System' will allow you to achieve results you thought were never possible.

Top Reasons Why the 'Holland System' is the Best!!
1. It combines Cores Stabilization with weight training.  Allowing the muscles to grow as well as
requiring the tendons & ligaments to become stronger. Improved strength and balance.
2. Each workout is different from the last, forcing the body to adapt and adjust to unfamiliar situations, therefore resulting in positive change and growth.
3. Faced paced sets, no more than 30 seconds is allotted between sets. I have found that this
has improved my muscular striations, promotes vasularity and requires cardiovascular work.
4. Training sessions constantly progress with level of fitness. The constant change and adjustment to the intensity and frequency of the exercise requires mental and physical improvement. Your body is forced to go a little further each workout thereby inviting significant development of strength,
speed & flexibility.
5. Emphasis on control and coordination of movements.  Holland has taught me that the biomechanics of the movement are the key ingredient to maximizing results. Each movement has to achieve maximal results.
6. Training with Holland has taught me more about RESPECT. Holland has taught me to respect other athletes and people. No matter how good you are or think you are that doesn't give you the right to treat others with lack of respect. Respect the body! Refrain from doing things that position the body like drugs and alcohol. Respect the body when injured. Give injuries proper attention and commit to healing them in a timely way.
7. One of the main reason I have trained with Holland and the "Holland System" for as long as I have is because Sifu Holland leads by example.  His  athletic and martial arts accomplishments are a testament to his expertise and knowledge.  Even today, in his mid forties his is in top physical shape, and I feel confident learning from someone who practices what he preaches.
8. IT IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE TRAINING APPROACH I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!  I would encourage anyone is  serious about improving their performance and who want to be the best of the best!
Once you train with the " Holland System", you will see the results for yourself and you too will be a believer!

Ed Stary (Professional Martial Arts and Surf Instructor)
Sifu Holland is by far the most sought after teacher that I know. This man inspires, uplifts and refreshes those whom he touches in his every day life in the simplest of ways. By correcting a posture in ones form, through his "Mongoose Memos" that we are fortunately getting through his e-mails, playing your sport with you, training you in the gym, working out with you, pointing you in the right direction to take it to the next level, inviting you to grow with the host of friends that he has around him.  These are just a few examples that I can surely speak of. Oh! and he SURFS too! In the four years that I have known and trained with Sifu, primarily in the Martial Arts, I have tripled my income, exponentially improved in the Martial Arts (20 years in the water), my surfing is better than ever, I have grown a host of friends around myself, improved in all of my relationships and achieved a great deal of success in all of my affairs. Sifu is one of the primary contributors to the man I am today and I thank him. He is the real deal.
